Shipping Policy
Method
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped through Australia Post.
Please note that we are not currently offering international shipping. If you're based overseas and are interested in purchasing a piece, please get in touch - I'll let you know as soon as international shipping becomes available.
Timing
I aim to process all orders within two business days, and then delivery times are based on standard Australia Post timelines. This is a very small business (it's just me!), so processing times can vary - I appreciate your understanding.
If you need the order by a specific date, please include this in the notes. If it's unlikely that your order will make it in time, I will reach out and let you know, and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order.
You will receive a confirmation email, and a tracking number once your order is on its way to you.
