SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be carefully packaged and sent through Australia Post.
Order processing times will vary - I do my best to process orders within two business days, but may take longer. You will receive an email once your order is in the mail, as well as a tracking number.
We're currently only offering domestic shipping, but if you live overseas and are interested in purchasing something, please get in touch and I'll let you know as soon as we start offering international shipping.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If a package arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please get in touch and we can arrange a refund or replacement.
We don't offer change-of-mind refunds or exchanges on products once they have shipped.
